Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Basildon area, £38,000+ Van and Fuel Card - LV Training 

Exciting opportunity to work for an FM service provider situated in London.

CBW is currently looking for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a portfolio of sites across the Basildon area .

The successful candidates will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is a  Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a variety of sites where he or they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plants with particular emphasis.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £38,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

• Electrically qualified - Level 2 or 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
