? AOV Engineer – Smoke Vents, Fire Curtains & Car Park Extract Systems ? Locations: Greenwich & surrounding areas (local to London)
? Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum + overtime (1.5× after 5pm) + KPI bonus
? Travel: Company van & tools provided, travel pay for jobs 1.5+ hrs outside London
? Hours: 8 am–5 pm standard; evening shifts on rotation; 8-hour day plus 2 hours travel (paid)

What You’ll Do

• PPM servicing & fault-finding on AOV systems, fire curtains, and car park extract ventilation
  
  
• Adhere to fire safety regulations (BS 7346 and relevant standards)ventuer.co+10findajob.dwp.gov.uk+10recruit.net+10jobsite.co.uk
  
  
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
  
  
• Prepare accurate service reports and compliance documentation
  
  
• Participate in on-call/out‑of‑hours rotations
  
  
• Utilize company van and tools for local site work

• Strong understanding of fire safety compliance and relevant building regulations
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
  
• Excellent fault-finding skills and client-focused communication
