Mobile Handyperson – Accrington Area – Global Facilities Management Organisation: Commercial

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Mobile Handyperson to join a globally recognised facilities management organisation on a permanent basis.

This industry-leading company provides first-class FM solutions across a range of commercial and industrial environments and is known for its commitment to service quality and staff development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and hands-on professional to work across a portfolio of commercial sites in the Accrington area, carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and minor repair tasks.

Package:

• £32,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
• Company van and fuel card provided
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Participation in an on-call rota (to be confirmed)

• Carry out general building maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Support specialist engineers with on-site works when required
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and tidy condition
• Complete job reports and communicate effectively with the helpdesk and site teams

• Proven experience in a similar handyperson or general maintenance role, ideally within commercial or FM environments
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general building fabric work
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to work
