? Your Responsibilities

• Lead full commercial management of multiple passive fire projects
  
  
• Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, final accounts, and monthly CVR reports 
  
  
• Negotiate contracts with subbies and suppliers; manage variations and enforce risk controls
  
  
• Ensure compliance under JCT/NEC frameworks & support tendering and pricing strategy
  
  
• Chair commercial project meetings; advise senior stakeholders and clients
  
  
• Mentor junior QSs and drive commercial excellence across the team
  
  

• 5+ years in passive fire or related MEP/FS disciplines, with proven senior QS-level experience
  
  
• Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  
  
• Strong contract knowledge—JCT & NEC essential
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and estimating software
  
  
• Sharp commercial judgement, attention to detail, and stakeholder savvy
  
  
• UK working eligibility and ability to commute to Bexley
  
  

• Salary £60k–£75k, plus 25 days holiday, bonus scheme, pension & death-in-service
