Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer - Glasgow - Salary up to £44,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider, delivering planned and reactive commercial maintenance across the Central Belt of Scotland.

This role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and commercial building services, looking for a stable, local position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of split systems, VRVs, VAVs, and VRFs
• Maintenance and repair of Air Handling Units (AHUs) & Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Servicing chillers and other HVAC/refrigeration systems
• Conducting planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs efficiently

•  Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
• Company Electric Van (available for private use)
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full Company Uniform

• City & Guilds Level 2 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
• F-Gas Certification (Essential)
• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of Facilities Management services
• Excellent communication skills and a client-facing approach
