Water Treatment Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Finsbury Park, London – £35,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in Finsbury Park, London.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Finsbury Park, London.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment ideally with some plumbing experience.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £35,000, overtime and further training.

Package & Working hours

• £35,000
• Monday to Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
• No call out

• Log Book Ownership
• Tap Temp checks
• Chilled Water systems
• Water flushing
• Disinfecting mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when the need arises
• Working with chemicals such as chemical dosing
• Basic Plumbing
• Repairing pipework and leaks
• Small plumbing jobs such as dead leg removal
• Carry out general building maintenance

• City and Guilds in Plumbing 
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment 
• Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
• Fully trained and knowledge
