The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance.
This is a multi-skilled role covering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical building services. Hours of Work:2 days, 2 nights, 4 offDays: 07:00 – 19:00Nights: 19:00 – 07:00Key Duties & Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance.Mechanical maintenance and fault finding across building services.Maintain AHUs and FCUs, including filters and general servicing.Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs.Complete water temperature checks.Lighting maintenance, fault finding and small electrical works.Carry out emergency lighting tests.Monitor plant and building services through the BMS.Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance issues.Escort and coordinate specialist subcontractors.Ensure site logbooks and maintenance records are kept up to date.Attend client meetings when required.Package:£48,000 basic salary + £4,000 shift allowance (£52,000 total)26 shifts holiday14.5% employer pension contributionSeason Ticket LoanOn-call paymentAdditional attendance payment when called outPermanent, client-direct positionRequirements:City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical qualificationAble to provide copies of trade certificates.Proven commercial building maintenance experience.Strong mechanical knowledge with good multi-skilled ability.Good fault-finding skills.Good communication skills and a professional approach.Please send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information. ....Read more...
