This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior AC Engineer looking to take that next step and play a key technical role within a large FM contract.
Alongside carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, you will act as a senior technical point of contact, supporting the wider engineering team and helping to upskill and develop AC engineers across the whole contract. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience within the Air Conditioning industry, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to mentor and develop less experienced engineers.
You will be expected to share your technical knowledge, assist with complex faults and help drive consistent engineering standards across the contract.
