CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious static site in Knightsbridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fabric technician with a strong background in carpentry or painting & decorating to take their career to the next level.

? Please note: Applicants must hold a minimum of City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or Painting & Decorating to be considered for this role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance, including repairs to tiles, walls, locks, door furniture, architraves, plinths, floors, ceilings, and both internal and external painting/decorating.
  
  
• Skilled use of hand and power tools for carpentry works (e.g.
  
  hanging doors, installing/repairing architrave).
  
  
• Ensure work areas are safe and the building fabric is protected during works.
  
  
• Perform special cleaning and fabric plant checks as directed.
  
  
• Maintain accurate fabric maintenance records and site logbooks.
  
  
• Manage stock, deliveries, and storage of materials safely.
  
  
• Liaise with clients to minimise disruption and ensure high standards of service.
  
  
• Complete all reactive tasks to meet agreed service levels.
