Ready for a fresh challenge? CBW Staffing Solutions are on the lookout for a Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join a top Facilities Maintenance provider, working across a well-known retail contract in the KT / TW postcode areas.

? What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across commercial retail sites
  
  
• Minor plumbing (e.g.
  
  unblocking, fixing leaks, replacing parts)
  
  
• Painting, decorating, touch-ups
  
  
• Minor carpentry – fixing doors, cabinets, assembling furniture
  
  
• Small repairs – blinds, locks, hinges
  
  
• Assisting with office moves and minor churn
  
  
• Supporting M&E engineers when needed
  
  
• Providing top-class customer service and keeping clients happy
  
  
• Ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship
  
  

• Up to £32,000 basic salary
  
  
• Company van + fuel card
  
  
• Tablet + work phone + full uniform provided
  
  
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  
  
• 1-in-6 call-out rota (£15/day standby)

• Proven experience in fabric/building maintenance in commercial environments
  
  
• Multi-skilled: basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
  
  
• Relevant trade certificates (or equivalent experience)
