Job Overview
This Digital PR Manager role is designed to help the team work more efficiently and deliver even stronger client results.

You’ll pair top-tier campaign execution with the systems, processes and data practices that make the team’s work visible, scalable and measurable.

You’ll help earn high-authority coverage that boosts organic visibility, brand authority and presence in AI and LLM search, while building the workflows that bring clarity and consistency to how the team operates.

The ideal person is equal parts systems thinker and creative strategist, someone who solves recurring problems with lasting solutions and keeps pushing for more inventive pitch angles, campaign ideas and ways of demonstrating performance.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Delivering digital PR strategies aligned with client goals that drive measurable SEO, brand authority and LLM visibility
• Planning and leading proactive and reactive campaigns, including data-led studies, surveys and newsjacking, to secure top-tier coverage and high-quality backlinks
• Contributing original campaign concepts, pitch angles and creative ideas across accounts
• Building and nurturing relationships with journalists, editors and media contacts across a range of sectors
• Creating and managing systems that give the team clear visibility of workflows, deliverables and account status
• Spotting bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and designing repeatable solutions that improve operations and account management
• Overseeing campaign project management to keep deadlines, resourcing and client expectations on track
• Making deliverables more data-driven, from pitched content through to client reporting
• Setting, tracking and analysing campaign KPIs, using insights to refine future strategy
• Improving how the team demonstrates LLM visibility and overall client value from digital PR
• Leading client conversations, presenting results and sharing strategic recommendations with confidence
• Managing day-to-day account activity, including research and reporting
• Working with SEO, Content and UX teams to align messaging and integrate digital PR into wider marketing plans
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice
  
  

• At least 4 to 5 years’ digital PR experience within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment
• A proven track record of securing placements in top-tier national, lifestyle, B2B and other publications
• Strong understanding of how digital PR supports SEO performance, brand growth and AI/LLM search visibility
• A systems-minded approach, with experience building processes, trackers and workflows that help teams run efficiently
• Strong analytical skills, including building dashboards, running data-led campaigns, creating surveys and turning insights into compelling stories
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with PR and SEO tools such as Semrush, BuzzStream, Ahrefs and Meltwater
• Experience with Writesonic or other AI visibility tracking tools would be advantageous but is not essential
  
  

• Base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 DOE
