Junior Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Farringdon, London - £21.73 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting for a Junior Maintenance Plumber to work for an established company situated in Farringdon, London.

He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

Hours/Details:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:00am to 17:00pm
  • Temp to perm contract
  • £21.73 per hour (umbrella)
  • Immediate start

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance.
  • Fix leaks, taps, toilets and pipework.
  • Unblock sinks, toilets and drains.
  • Carry out PPMs and reactives
  • Carry out routine inspections and basic fault finding.
  • Support senior plumbers with installations and repairs.
  • Use tools and PPE safely.
  • Keep work areas clean and complete maintenance records.  
 
Requirements:
  • Level 2 NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing (Essential)
  • Experience within commercial building maintenance or Facilities Management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, professional and able to work effectively within a team
