We’re looking for a Business Change Analyst to join us at the Mining Remediation Authority at an exciting point in our transformation journey.
This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience supporting a major ERP programme that will change how we work across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with a Business Change Manager and play a key role in making sure change lands well with our people – not just on paper, but in practice.

• Support delivery of change activity across the ERP programme
• Carry out change impact assessments, analysing ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes to understand how changes affect teams and ways of working
• Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to reflect real operational needs
• Maintain change plans, trackers and key documentation
• Support business readiness activity and identify what’s needed for successful adoption
• Help design and deliver communications, engagement and training materials
• Work with our change champion network to keep messaging clear and consistent
• Support workshops and engagement sessions, capturing feedback and actions
• Analyse feedback and insights to identify risks, trends and opportunities
• Help measure what’s working and suggest improvements

• Experience supporting business change, projects or programmes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
