What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and supporting clients using cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or similar
• Assisting with bookkeeping, VAT returns and day-to-day cloud accounting support
• Preparing management accounts for a range of clients
• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts
• Supporting clients with system queries and helping improve their finance processes
• Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and support their finance function
• Supporting senior team members on a variety of assignments
• Helping clients move towards more efficient, digitally focused ways of working

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud accounting software is essential
• At least three years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• Studying AAT or ACCA, or completed AAT
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, VAT and management accounts
• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
• Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
