A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Liverpool Street, London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building based in Liverpool Street, London.

The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G, 18th Edition) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000 for further training and career progression.

Duties:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Distribution boards – inspection and maintenance
• Lighting – lamp replacements, ballast changes, controls
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
• BMS System – Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• LTHW
• DHWS
• CHW

• Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

• Up to £46,000
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Overtime available

• Electrically qualified (C&G, NVQ, 18th Edition etc)
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Leadership & Management skills
• Previous experience in commercial buildings is highly desirable
