The Opportunity
As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with senior commercial leaders to support the full business development process—from prospect research and lead qualification through to discovery conversations and pipeline management.
You'll help connect innovative businesses with industry-leading digital growth solutions while developing the skills and experience needed to progress into a revenue-generating sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients across sectors including fintech, health & wellness, travel, ecommerce, gaming, entertainment, education, and other digital-first businesses
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and industry events
  • Qualify inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand business objectives, marketing challenges, and growth goals
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Work alongside the marketing team to nurture leads generated through campaigns, webinars, content, and events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure excellent pipeline visibility using HubSpot
  • Assist with sales presentations, case studies, credentials documents, and client communications
  • Track outreach performance, lead progression, and pipeline health metrics
  • Represent the business at selected networking events, conferences, and industry functions
  • Develop the skills required to independently manage discovery conversations and support proposal development
What We're Looking For
  • Up to 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer success, or a commercial role
  • Strong interest in business development, digital marketing, technology, or the mobile app industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident building relationships and engaging with new people
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable conducting market research and identifying key decision-makers
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
