Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Full Time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working (2 Days Office, 3 Days Remote)
Here's what you'll be doing:
• Assisting clients with technical queries and product-related support requests
• Supporting software implementations and onboarding activities
• Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues across software platforms
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to resolve client challenges
• Monitoring system performance and escalating issues where required
• Maintaining accurate records of support cases and client interactions
• Contributing to process improvements and client service initiatives
• Supporting ongoing product enhancements and customer success activities
