Job OverviewThe Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and optimising the marketing funnel from awareness through to conversion.

The Growth Marketing Manager will work across paid, organic and referral channels to drive pipeline for the business development team.
Here's what you'll be doing:

• Designing and executing growth experiments across paid search, social advertising and email automation
• Building and refining the lead generation funnel using data and analytics
• Managing marketing budgets with a clear focus on cost per acquisition and return on investment
• Collaborating with sales and business development to align marketing-qualified leads with commercial goals
• Implementing A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, email sequences and ad creatives
• Reporting on key growth metrics and presenting insights to senior leadership

• Demonstrable experience in a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing or Demand Generation role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms and CRM tools
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
• Understanding of the financial services buyer journey and longer sales cycles
• Comfort with data — you should be able to build a dashboard as easily as you write a brief
• Full UK driving licence (office-based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire)
