Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – FM Service Provider – Data Centre Contract – Cambridge Area – Up to £44,000 + Package - LVAP Training Provided!

Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider working across a data centre contract in the Cambridge area.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites.

The successful candidate will be AC qualified with a strong background in commercial HVAC maintenance and experience working on a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 am – 17:00 pm

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Service and maintain split systems, VRVs, VRFs, VAVs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and associated HVAC plant
• Carry out fault finding and reactive repairs across air conditioning systems
• Conduct pressure leak testing and identify refrigerant-related faults
• Carry out compressor replacements and brazing works when required
• Monitor and maintain refrigeration and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance
• Complete service reports and ensure all logbooks and compliance records are kept up to date
• Provide a professional and client-facing service across all sites on the contract
• Maintain strong health & safety standards and follow company procedures at all times
• Assist with general building services maintenance where required
• Work independently across multiple sites while managing workload efficiently

• Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum

• AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Electrical knowledge beneficial
• Proven track record in commercial HVAC/building services maintenance
• Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
• Full UK driving licence required
