Shift Maintenance Engineer

Shift Maintenance Engineer x 3 – London Bridge, London | Up to £53,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading building services maintenance company on a prestigious contract based at London Bridge, London.

You will be working across a brand-new, high-end commercial office and luxury residential development on behalf of a highly regarded property management company.

The role involves carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building services tasks within a high-profile environment.

This is a single-person night shift position, so the successful candidate must be confident and competent in managing a building autonomously with minimal supervision.

We are currently seeking:

• 2 x Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer
• 1 x Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Apprentice trained
• Electrical or Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
• 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Valid CSCS Card
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Proven commercial building maintenance experience

• Basic salary of up to £53,000
