Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor – M&E Services – Kings Cross, London – £52,000 per annum

A leading facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a high-profile commercial site in Kings Cross, London.

This modern, multi-tenant building features advanced infrastructure and requires a hands-on, technically strong individual to support both engineering delivery and team supervision.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing both client relationships and day-to-day maintenance operations.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday – 07:00am – 16:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Carry out daily plant checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all building services
• Monitor building management systems (BMS), alarms, and overall site performance
• Lead and allocate tasks to a small onsite team, ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with permit-to-work systems and health & safety regulations
• Undertake fault finding, minor repairs, and small installation works as required
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including service records, logbooks, and reports
• Attend client meetings and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure service excellence
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with statutory compliance and industry standards 

• Qualified in either electrical or mechanical discipline (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within building services or facilities management
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with a professional approach to client interaction
• Flexible and willing to adapt working hours when required
