Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Euston, Central London – Up to £48,000 + Package

Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based at a high-profile commercial office building in Euston, Central London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a tenant-side contract, carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems while supporting the day-to-day operation of the site.

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a client-facing environment.

Hours of Work:

 - Monday to Friday
 - 08:00 am – 17:00 pm


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and building services systems
  • Electrical maintenance, including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, and power distribution
  • Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
  • Monitor and operate BMS systems, including hot and cold temperature checks
  • Carry out maintenance on pumps, motors, and associated plant equipment
  • Complete minor plumbing works including unblocking toilets and basic repairs
  • Maintain and update compliance records, site logbooks, and maintenance reports
  • Carry out general building fabric maintenance when required
  • Diagnose faults across building services equipment and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Maintain a professional and client-facing approach at all times
  • Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors on site when required

Package:
  • Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (desirable)
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled across electrical and general building services
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
