Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer - Commercial Building – Peckham, South East London - Permanent - £40,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM property company based in London.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer, either electrical or mechanical to be based at a large commercial building in Peckham, South East London.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified plumber, electrical or mechanical engineer with a proven track record in commercial or property building maintenance.

You will be responsible for carrying out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site, working within an established on-site maintenance team.

Package & Hours of Work

• £40,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (40-hour week)
• Overtime available

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors
• Water flushing / temp checks logs
• Boosted water pumps
• Fire damper maintenance
• Attending Client meeting
• General PPMs
• Control of sub-contractors
• Permit to work system
• Maintaining Site logbooks

• Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
• City & Guilds - 18th Edition
• Job logic experience (Preferred)
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
