CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities management service provider covering commercial buildings across London and surrounding areas.

• Monday to Friday
  
  
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  
• 40-hour working week
  
  

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs.
  
  
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.
  
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including system inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, and performance testing.
  
  
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
  
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns and emergency call-outs, minimising disruption to clients.
  
  
• Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and reports.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  
  
• Identify potential system improvements or upgrades and provide recommendations where appropriate.
  
  

• Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification
  
  
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Building Services
  
  
• Proven experience working within an HVAC / Building Services environment
  
  
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning systems
  
  
• Ability to manage workload, time, and documentation independently
  
  
• Professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  
  
• Positive, flexible, and proactive “can-do” attitude
  
  
• Full UK driving licence
