Internship Overview

As a Business Development & International Partnerships Associate, you will be pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities for both the agency and its clients.

You’ll leverage research, outreach, and relationship management to accelerate international growth strategies.

Main Duties

  • Conduct research and compile outbound B2B lead lists using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and curated directories
  • Initiate outreach via email, video calls, and phone conversations
  • Support proposal creation and customise messaging for different markets
  • Track workflows and updates in tools like Monday.com, CRM platforms, and Zapier
  • Attend UK trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as required
  • Collaborate with the team to optimise outreach strategies and monitor lead quality
Essential Requirements
  • Strong research, writing, and persuasive communication skills
  • Experience in B2B business development, client-facing roles, or outreach-based positions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital productivity tools, and outreach platforms
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
  • Degree or Master’s in Business, International Business, or related field preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish or Italian advantageous
  • Confident and personable with senior stakeholders
