Position Overview:
As an Events Management Executive, you will manage the full lifecycle of high-impact events, from concept through to execution.

Reporting to the Events Director, you’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver innovative and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into unique event experiences
• Conceptualise event themes, designs, and marketing strategies
• Develop and manage detailed event budgets
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee event logistics including venue, catering, and technical setup
• Recruit, train, and manage an event team
• Monitor event progress and implement solutions to potential challenges
• Capture feedback and analyse results to refine future events

• Proven experience as an Events Management Executive or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of the events industry, trends, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative flair and innovative thinking for concept development
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency with event management software and project management tools
• Passion for delivering memorable client experiences
