An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Vuaxhall, London.

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site in Blackfriars, London  He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

• Monday - Friday 
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• £25 per hour depending on experience 
• Temp on going  

• Planned and reactive maintenance 
• HVAC Systems  
• Emergency lighting tests
• Control Panels
• Changing Ballast
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & cold)
• Maintain and update Log books
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Pumps, motors 

• Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
