Cleaning Team Leader

Permanent - Cleaning Team Leader - Witney - FM Service Provider - £27,300 per annum 

Exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to work for an established cleaning company situated in Witney.

CBW are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to be based in a commercial building.

The successful candidates will have a proven track record in Team Leading within a commercial building.

Hours / Details:

• Monday to Friday 
• 37.5 hours per week
• Contract type - Permanent
• Start immediately

• Organise team members to deliver service effectively and monitor performance including performance feedback and conducting team appraisals.
  
  Ensure all team members get involved and feel included
• Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
• Organise monthly stock count and conduct appropriate brand standard audits
• Identifies and supports team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers
• Train new team members to learn procedures and brand standards for all general tasks
• Support the effective delivery of special functions or events
• Ensure cleaning standards and safety procedures are adhered to
• Compile a training plan and ensure that all on and off job training is carried out accordingly for all cleaning operatives
• Maintain computerised point of sale system and ensure that all staff are fully trained to operate it efficiently
• Administration of schedules and salaries of all Team Members
• Maintain schedule and timesheets of workers
• Perform day to day basic cleaning duties

• Have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment
•  Supervisor/Management experience 
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices
• To always act in a professional manner
• Be honest, reliable, and hard working
• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills
• Be eligible to work in the UK
