AC Engineer

AC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Cyprus - £48,000 + £13,860 Overseas allowance allowance = £61,860 - Van & Fuel Card 

CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile AC engineer to join a defence contract currently mobilising in Cyprus.

You will have a background and qualifications in AC maintenance engineering.

As based in Cyprus full time, you will be offered a package in line with standard T&Cs plus a generous Overseas Allowance to support with accommodation, etc, whilst in the country.

SC Security Clearance is a condition of employment.  If not held before, this will be obtained with the support of the hiring company.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,000 + £13,860 overseas allowance = £61,860.

Note this overseas allowance will decrease to £6930 in the second year.

The current basic salary will remain the same (£48,000), however, the overseas allowance has recently been increased from £6,930 to £13,860.

This is guaranteed for the 1st year of service, is paid in 12 instalments and will then reduce back down to the original overseas allowance (i.e.

the total salary after 1 year will reduce to £54,930)

Hours of work & Package 

• Monday to Friday - 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

• AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 
• F-Gas cat 1 qualification (Essential)
• Be able to pass SC clearance
• A proven track record in Building Maintenance working
• Good Communication Skills.
