The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, a well-established Facilities Management provider based in the City, we are recruiting for a Junior Contract Support to join their growing team.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the FM industry, working in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to contract managers

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, documentation, and client packs

  • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices

  • Maintaining accurate records on internal systems

  • Supporting compliance, H&S, and contract documentation

  • Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and internal stakeholders

  • Handling general office administration and ad-hoc support duties

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous administrative experience (FM or property sector desirable but not essential)

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Eager to learn and develop within the Facilities Management sector

  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, office-based environment
