Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer (Commercial Campus) – £43,000 3 days Goodge Street | 2 days Moorgate | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | No Call-Outs

We’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical bias) to join our facilities maintenance team across a prestigious commercial campus in Central London (Zone 1).

The Role You’ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical and building services systems across modern office buildings.

Working as part of an on-site engineering team, you’ll ensure all assets operate efficiently and safely, maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on electrical systems (lighting, distribution boards, small power, etc.)

  • Support mechanical and general building services tasks as required

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and site policies

  • Work closely with the facilities and client teams to maintain smooth operations

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Electrical Installation / Maintenance

  • 18th Edition qualification

  • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance

  • Basic mechanical or fabric knowledge (multi-skilled)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Package
  • Salary: £43,000 per annum

  • Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
