Lead Maintenance Engineer – London Liverpool Street – Up to £50,000 per annum

CBW is currently recruiting for a Lead Engineer to be based at a recently completed, high-profile development in the City.

The building offers a contemporary, high-spec working environment within a prominent new landmark.

Designed with sustainability and wellbeing at its core, it features exceptional amenities and modern spaces that set a new standard for today’s workplace.

The Lead Engineer will work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, overseeing maintenance across 30+ tenant floors within the building.



The successful candidate will have proven experience managing an on-site engineering team and building strong relationships with tenants, ensuring a high standard of service and operational excellence throughout the property.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Supervisor
• Arrange specialist sub-contractors
• Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Contract Manager & Supervisor)
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
• Attend client meetings if required
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• Emergency lighting & Fire alarm tests
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds)
• Statutory Compliance

• Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• 25 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Extra Day off for your Birthday

• Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications – Level 2/3 – NVQ or City & Guilds Equivalent
• Multi-Skilled
• Client facing and presentable
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Hard working honest and reliable
• Familiar with E-Log books
