Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) - London - £35,000 - £40,000 


I have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the quickest growing maintenance companies in London & The South East who are working in the City of London, Canary Wharf and the West End across a number of Multi-tenanted commercial office buildings on behalf of a number of large property management companies.

You will be given a small portfolio of buildings to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.


Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00 -17:00
Plenty of Overtime Available

Package

• Basic Salary of £35/40k
• 23 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays

• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or Equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
• Experience in statutory compliance - Water treatment, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Etc

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Landlord and Tenanted areas for large blue chip companies across the City & West End
• Working across a portfolio of 10 Buildings providing cover for holidays and sickness
