Junior Building Maintenance Engineer (Ideal for Ex-Forces) - £35,000 Westminster, London - Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

We’re looking for a Junior Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

You’ll be working alongside experienced engineers and getting the support you need to grow in your new career.

What you'll be doing:
  • Helping with day-to-day maintenance, checking systems, and making sure everything runs smoothly
  • Supporting the team with repairs and scheduled maintenance and reactive works 
  • Learning on the job and developing your technical skills
  • Making sure work is done safely and to a good standard
What we’re looking for:
  • Any qualifications in electrics, plumbing or building services (e.g.

    NVQ, 18th Edition)
  • Someone with an engineering or technical background from the military (Army, Navy, RAF)
  • You don’t need building maintenance experience – just a good work ethic, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using tools and working in a hands-on environment
  • Friendly, reliable, and a good team player
  • A driving licence would be useful, depending on the location
