Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Oxford Street (Up to £47,000)  Location: Oxford Street, London
 Shifts: Monday to Friday (weekly rotation)

• Week 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
  
• Week 2: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  
  

• Deliver planned and reactive mechanical maintenance (HVAC, pumps, plumbing, etc.)
  
  
• Support electrical engineers with basic tasks as required
  
  
• Monitor building systems and ensure efficient operation of plant equipment
  
  
• Maintain high standards of H&S and statutory compliance
  
  
• Interact with tenants and clients in a professional manner
  
  
• Use CAFM system for logging works, inspections, and reports
  
  
• Participate in an optional call-out rota (with additional payment)
  
  

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
  
  
• Solid experience in a commercial maintenance role (offices or retail preferred)
  
  
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and valves
  
  
• Basic electrical understanding is advantageous
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  
  

• Up to £47,000 per annum
  
  
• Optional call-out rota for extra earnings
  
  
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
