CBW is working with a leading provider of Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation, Fire Damper, and Smoke Control Systems, seeking a confident and highly organised Contract Support Administrator to join their expanding team in Kemsing.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with genuine scope for growth into a managerial role, eventually overseeing multiple divisions within a fast-paced and high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to contracts and project teams

  • Manage and maintain contract documentation, job scheduling, and compliance records

  • Work closely with engineers and department leads across Aircon, Mechanical, and Fire/Smoke divisions

  • Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance schedules

  • Ensure smooth workflow and support the wider operations team as the department scales

  • Use systems such as Joblogic, Simpro, or similar for service management

Requirements:
  • Experience in an admin/support role within mechanical services, air conditioning, or fire/smoke control

  • Confident using business systems (Joblogic, Simpro, or similar platforms)

  • Highly organisedproactive, and enthusiastic with a strong ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset

  • Ambitious with a clear desire to step into a leadership/management role

  • Able to take ownership and help shape a growing department
