Shift Engineer - FM Provider - St Paul's - 50k  Location: St Paul’s, Central London 
Salary: £50,000 + Package + Overtime
Shift Pattern: 4on 4off – 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am (Rotating Days & Nights)

We are seeking a reliable and technically strong Shift Engineer to join a well-established team on a high-profile static commercial site in St Paul’s, Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on all M&E systems
  
  
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, repairs, and minor installations
  
  
• Working to all health & safety procedures including LOTO and PTW
  
  
• Responding to building services issues efficiently and professionally
  
  
• Maintaining client satisfaction through top-level service delivery

• 18th Edition (electrical bias) or mechanical equivalent qualification
  
  
• NVQ / C&G Level 3 in Building Services or Electro-Mechanical disciplines
  
  
• Solid experience in commercial building maintenance
  
  
• Strong fault-finding ability and ownership mindset
  
  
• Good understanding of health & safety systems, including LOTO and PTW
  
  
• Professional, self-motivated, and reliable with strong communication skills
