Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Maintenance Operative to join a busy industrial estate in Sittingbourne.

This is a temp-to-perm role offering a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for general site maintenance and keeping the grounds clean, safe, and presentable.

The role is predominantly outdoors and ideal for someone who is hands-on and physically fit.

Key Duties:

• General handyman tasks across the site
  
  
• Grounds maintenance and landscaping
  
  
• Ensuring outdoor areas are kept tidy and free of hazards
  
  
• Minor repairs and upkeep of communal areas
  
  
• Reporting any damage or issues to management
  
  

• Valid UK manual driving licence (essential)
  
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
  
• Able to work independently and use initiative
  
  

• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
  
  
• Experience in a similar maintenance or groundskeeping role
  
  

• Weekly pay
