Cleaner –  Elgin - FM Service Provider - £16,290

CBW have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaner to work for an established FM company based in a large commercial building in Elgin.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record working as a Cleaner outlined in an up to date CV.

Package Includes:

Competitive salary up to £12.00 per hour PAYE (£16,290 Per annum based on Term time)
Training and support will be available on site

• Mon - Thurs 1pm to 7.30pm (30 min lunch) & Fri 10.30am to 5pm (30 hour week) = Salary £16,920

• Cleaning of communal areas and toilets
• Touch point cleaning
• Comply with health and safety policies/legislation
• React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
• Ensure that all operations are conducted safety and appropriate risk assessment is conducted for non-recorded activities
• Note and report any general maintenance issues across the estate

• Previous experience in a demanding environment
• Customer service focused
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and applications of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH, risk assessment, hygiene standards and health & safety management
• Ideally have previous commercial cleaning experience competent and understands the works involved in the job role
• Must have or be able to pass a PVG
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
