Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.

Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions.

All services are client and needs-led.

Job Role

Job Title: Administrator
Position available: 1 full-time position (37.5 hours), based in Sandwell
Salary: £22,308 - £23,575
Closing date: 1 November 2024
All interviews will be held in person including an IT competence test.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone who is confident with the use of IT (Microsoft Office, virtual platforms, case record system) and can input information accurately and speedily as high volumes are received on a daily basis.

You must be organised and efficient with excellent communication skills as you will be connecting with a variety of statutory and non-statutory agencies representing BCWA.

Confidentiality is an essential part of this role.

Training and development will be provided.
