Electrician

Mobile Electrician - North Lanarkshire - Salary up to £39,000 DOE

CBW are looking for a Mobile Electrician to carry out maintenance and reactive work for a leading facilities provider.

The role will be based from Bellshill but you will be required to provide cover for sites in Perth, Dundee & Inverness. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time.
• Carry out reactive tasks throughout the sites
• Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown works.
• Update customers CAFM system in real time.
• Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.
• Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
• Participate in the teams oncall rota and be available for overtime.

• A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
• 18th Edition or equivalent qualification.
• Trade qualified Electrician with at post apprenticeship experience.
• Must have a full clean drivers’ licence.
• Legionella awareness (preferable – training can be provided).
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Must be available to participate in an out of hour’s standby rota.
