Service Desk Coordinator

Service desk Coordinator - FM Service Provider - Central London - Up to £34,000 per annum    Are you looking for a new challenge in Central London? Do you have experience scheduling operatives diaries within FM?   CBW is currently recruiting for a Service desk Coordinator.

The Service Desk Coordinator will have responsibility for the overall process to ensure that all aspects of production are operating as effectively as possible.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30am to 17:00pm 
  • Permanent position 
  • Office based in Central London 
  • Up to £34,000 per annum 
Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Service Desk Coordinator (Water) will be reporting into the Head of Water Treatment
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling engineers’ workload/diaries by allocating jobs and re-arranging engineers jobs on a reactive basis
  • You will also be responsible for liaising with our customers via email and phone, ensuring our high level of professionalism is consistently maintained
  • Be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of clients
  • Organising works in line with client’s defect trackers & KPI’s
  • Data logging and reviewing of our CAFM system
  • Uphold high levels of communication with the client, responding to queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Aid in the management of permits, RAMS and health and safety documents as per work requirements
  • Ensure all service records are recorded accurately, with all relevant information detailed, within the agreed timelines.
  • Overall, to undertake all reasonable requests in line with this role and the wider business requirements.
