Social Worker Family Help Hub

Sirona Medical are recruiting a Social Workers for a number of Districts in Surrey for the Family Help Hub.

Job Role: As part of the development of Surrey's Early Help offer, they are building a Hub which is intended to become a go-to resource to help parents looking for additional information about how to support their children.  
Initially just focusing on behaviour, the intention is that this builds to be much more comprehensive in terms of what it offers.

Sirona Medical will be supplying the Social Worker on an agency contract. 

You need to have:

  • A qualification in social work i.e.

    Dipsw, MSc, CQSW, and CSS.
  • Registration with the HCPC as a social worker.
  • Substantial experience as a qualified social worker.
  • Knowledge of Children Social Care
  • Excellent assessment skills.
  • The ability to cope with a case workload efficiently and effectively.
  • Good evidence based recording skills, as your evidence maybe required to be used in court.
  • The skills of a good communicator with an ability to deal with conflict
