Job Description:
Sirona Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our dedicated team.

As a Complex Care HCA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to patients with complex medical needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Implement care plans and ensure they are followed accurately.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic and patient-centered care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Document care activities and maintain accurate patient records.

• Experience in Complex Care: Demonstrated experience in providing care to patients with complex medical conditions.
• Compassion and Empathy: Strong ability to understand and share the feelings of patients and their families.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in following care plans and documenting care activities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
