Handyperson - Enhanced DBS

CBW Staffing Solutions are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to join our client's on site maintenance team, based in Liverpool (City Centre), Merseyside.

This role requires a proactive individual with a wide range of skills in repair, maintenance, and general building upkeep. This is a temporary position, with approx.

3 weeks worth of work. The successful candidate must have a valid & in-date Enhanced DBS check, comfortable working in the Further Education sector.

Package:

• Hourly rate up to £16.00 per hour
• Hours between 8:30am - 6:00pm

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and address any issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and tools
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Proven experience as a Handyperson or in a similar maintenance role
• Relevant certifications or trade qualifications are a plus
• Must hold an in-date/valid Enhanced DBS check
