Part Time Administrator / Helpdesk - FM Provider - Southampton - £14.50 per hour 

CBW is currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator / Helpdesk looking to take on the next challenge in Facilities Management.

One of our key clients is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to work in a team.

Hours of Work / Details:

  • 09:00am to 13:00pm (4 hours a day)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Part Time 
Key Duties:
  • Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner.
  • Check and maintain FM Inbox
  • Schedule reactive and help desk call outs.
  • To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers.
  • Using Concept Evolution system 
  • Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives
  • Attending to queries should they arise
  • General administration support
  • Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks
  • Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience 
  • It proficient 
  • CAFM Concept experience
