Mobile Facilities Engineer - Electrical Bias - Client side - Edinburgh - £39,000 plus van - No on call! 

CBW have a new opportunity for an Electrical bias Facilities Engineer to join a maintenance team in the Edinburgh region.  This will be working client side and looking after 8 properties in Edinburgh.  The client is looking for someone that holds their electrical 18th edition but can also undertake a variety of other maintenance duties. 

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 

Duties & Responsibilities : 

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on electrical panels, lighting systems, generators, and other electrical infrastructure.
• Conduct risk assessments for electrical work, identifying potential hazards and implementing appropriate control measures.
• Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Able to undertake other maintenance duties when required : Plumbing, Painting & Decorating 

• Salary : £39,000 
• Expensed van and fuel card
