Facilities Manager

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our end-client's team and ensure the environments are not just functional, but exceptional.

As a Facilities Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of everyone who walks through the doors.


  • Competitive salary between £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) 
  • Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Manage all aspects of the client’s facilities, from maintenance and repairs to renovations and improvements
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff, ensuring everyone works together seamlessly towards our goals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions
  • Develop and oversee budgets for facility operations and capital projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all staff

  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of building systems and maintenance best practices
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional service and continuously improving our facilities
