General Maintenance Operatives

General Maintenance Engineer x 2 - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile - Shoreditch - Up to £37,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an Expanding, Forward Thinking FM service provider situated in across a number of sites in the Shoreditch area.

CBW are currently looking for a General Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 40 commercial buildings located in the Shoreditch area.

The successful candidates will be a all round maintenance engineer ideally with some qualifications (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. 

This is a Semi Static position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites (40 Sites within a team of engineers) where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.



In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £37,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.



Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM's & Reactive maintenance 
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarm checks
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Temperature checks
• Chillers - Re-set
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e.
  
  Hot & Colds etc)
• Ensuring log books are kept up to date
• Escorting specialist sub contractors
• Assisting other engineers
• Offering technical support

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Engineering - Plumbing / AC / Electrical Level 2
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• An understanding of commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile / Semi Static" basis and attend multiple sites (around 40 sites)
