CBW is currently recruiting for an Extra Works Manager to be based on a large mix-used commercial development.
The Extra Works Manager will be responsible for identifying, pricing, managing, and delivering projects outside the scope of routine maintenance contracts.
This typically includes minor works, refurbishments, lifecycle replacements, compliance upgrades, and client-requested improvements.

One of the established names in the commercial building maintenance industry is looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager to work across a collection of four high profile contracts based in Central London. The buildings are a mix of blue chip commercial offices, including a highly recognized trophy building and all have static maintenance teams on site providing a first class engineering and customer service. As a company they are looking for an individual who will be able to organise, manage and motivate their team and also look to develop and grow their portfolio. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8-5 and the main duties of the role are as follows:Manage each building to a high standard making sure that all electrical and mechanical services are delivered in line with the contractual agreement. Ensure client satisfaction levels are at a constantly high level, leading to development of the contract to increase the portfolio/contract responsibilities.Ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded and an in depth knowledge of the contract is maintained and demonstrated on the internal monthly contractual review meetings with the senior management team.Ensure contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs are met.Attend strategic contractual/operational meetings with the client on a weekly basis, or as required.Ensure successful completion of all reactive and PPM works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPIs and SLAs as necessary.Provide leadership and management to the site team as necessary.
